Did you have any clearance issues at the back on the passenger side between the whipple head unit and the fuel rail?
The 90 fitting on that side needs to be pointing upward somewhat to make room to install the rear bolt. Other than that no issues.

On a couple of my buddy's cars the the head unit hit the rails. The bottom of the gearbox was pressing against the top of the rail fittings.

They may have not had the 90 with extension on it then. My understanding is with Whipple rails FORE provides a 90 with extension for this reason.
