Here is my Whipple build GT350

Been gathering parts for a few weeks , finally got to attack my winter project a little early . Need to finish a few more stuff , and hopefully have all wrapped up by this coming weekend …

MMR rear cooling mod
3.0 Whipple Gen5
3.75 pulley (10 psi)
PBD IAT2 Harness
VMP Dual fuel pump booster pump
ID1050X injectors
Stainless Works long tube headers and mid pipe
Ford Performance Borla cat back exhaust
LUND RACING tuned via HP tuners RTD
Currently tuned for 93pump
Vengance stage 1 clutch

Nice, if you can go with e85. It made a huge difference in my boosted application.

The IAT2 harness - wondering if it's the same that I built like 15 years back for my Mach1 whipple build - I had to depin iat from my MAF and make a different harness so that it could go to the sensor in the blower.

Yes i had to get a different harness , i got it from PBD , it uses the maf sensor wire to measure iat

Sounds the same. In 03 - the Cobra had a separate IAT to measure the charge air temp but the Mach1 did not. There were a lot of FI Mach1s back then but not many people moved the IAT, so I'm not sure how they optimized that. I moved it, explained to tuner that it was now in the heated air :) - and he tuned appropriately. Also built a dual pump, dual FPDM harness that worked well for fuel but the funny part was seeing 35% duty cycle - because the computer could only read from one of them - so you knew it was 70% ;) Bringing back memories, cool build.
