After my experience with the gt350 pumps dropping to 28-30 psi I knew I needed more fuel. Being that I’m on a super tight budget I set out to do it on the cheap here’s what I came up with. I had a spare gt350 module with 1 bad pump. I picked up a pair of ti f90000274 aka walbro 450. I got some 10mm corrugated plastic fuel hoses, a stainless T, and a -8 bulk head fitting. That completed the pump module. Then I ran -8 ptfe line to the regulator. A -8 to 2 -6 T is on the outlet of the regulator. And each rail is fed by a -6 line. The di pump is fed by what used to be the factory fuel inlet. I used the factory feed line from the pump as the return. I got it all installed today and strapped it to the Dyno to log some pulls. I now have 55-60 psi to red line!

On an interesting side note. When I logged the fuel pressure on the Dyno I was only on one pump. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the fuse tap I used for the hobbs switch for the second pump got pulled out when I closed the lid to my fuse box. I was wondering why my back up camera wasn’t working. Then it hit me. That’s was the fuse location I used for the hobbs switch. I’m amazed that the one pump provided enough fuel and maintained more pressure than the 2 gt350 pumps.

Innovative setup. Can’t wait to see what kind of numbers it makes.

I had it on the Dyno yesterday, but I can never get the Dyno at my work to function properly, so my tuner says he’ll mess with it this week.

That's really nice work. Ford used to use clear corrugated hose like the black stuff on your setup. I put dual GT supercar pumps in the last Terminator. The guy who did the work reused some of the clear hose. I kinda winced at that, but apparently the stuff is good??

Thank you. The corrugated hose I believe is the preferred choice for submerged fuel pump setups and also for the compatibility with e85
