My Mode(Cobra Button) Question

I can't seem to get "My mode" to program. I am probably doing something stupid, but I wanted to ask.

My mode is basically sport everything with track exhaust. I press and hold the my mode button and it looks according to the screen like it is saving, but then it just goes to normal everything. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

You have to press and hold OK to save the settings.

Once you save it you have to click the mode rocker switch below the stereo. When the cobra symbol appears below the gear indicator that means you are in “my mode”
