Ford Marketing told me yesterday that they have been having a lot of problems with the cotus site. FWIW.

Never ONCE did I find info on my order. I was patient for two months, and finally emailed my salesman. He said the car is awaiting transport.

COTUS was working ok with MY2015s. It doesn't work at all with MY2016s.
