My dealer has tried to contact his zone manager 3 times about my car and has gotten no response. Zone manager told him he was gonna come by the dealership and talk to him, never showed up. Wont answer emails or voicemails. Been a loyal Ford customer for 16 years, dad has driven nothing but Fords for 40 years, grandpaw drove nothing but Fords from the end of WWII til he died in 89.....so yes it kinda stings a little.Ford is making us customers crazy every time we only ask about our order. My car disappeared today on COTUS too. Delivery was scheduled for last week. Nothing! I asked Ford Service on twitter and got the answer that delivery would be 12/15 or later. "WOULD BE"? Waiting now over 5 month for this car and the answer was "MAYBE"?! That sounds like the weather forecast we get on TV. If I had not so a good deal...... If delivery is later than 12/15 - than Ford has to drop it in front of my door for free. I will not pick it up.addle:
Someone who ordered on the 20th of May and still waiting?! FORD can't be taken for serious anymore. That's the last FORD I ever drive - if it arrives this year! And than coming members that we should not post it? I hope Ford Service is reading how poor they deal with their customers. But I am sure they all give a XXXX. 4 month to deliver a FORD. And yes! I am counting from the 28th of August. :tsk:
