I thought I'd resurrect this thread, as we were lucky enough to be invited on the Saturday morning. We had a test drive booked for both of us & managed to be allocated Andy Barratt's own personal GT (the same car that was on Top Gear racing the RS Focus). Andy is a lovely guy who's passionate about the Mustang brand & has a great team around him & I also met Karen from the Mustang team.

The day was brilliant. If you ever get the chance to go to the Heritage Centre, you should go. Where else would you see three RS200's in one room? They have number 1, number 200 & number 201 off the production line there. There's also Hannu Mikkola's 1970 Escort that he won the London to Mexico Rally; that's the car that inspired Ford to build the Escort Mexico.

Thanks Ford, a great day that I'm sure more people would love to experience.

Beautiful collection. Rolled up in my Mustang to a guy at work who works up in Yorkshire and he opens the garage door to reveal his Escort RS2000 rally car that he goes rallying in.
