I'm glad I got my order in! I hummed and harred until April and forfeited the 2015 allocation, so a longer wait for me - but all the more time to save up a decent deposit. I'm guessing that pic is a genuine RHD as if it was a flipped image the handbrake would be on the right too, so looks like it will be a bit of a reach - this seems annoying to some folk, but I think even more annoying will be operating the touch screen with your left hand (if you're right handed). Not much for could do about that though!

If you can't operate a touch screen with giant buttons on it with your left hand, then maybe you shouldn't be driving a car!

But in all seriousness and joking aside: getting my order in later is what I wanted to do, too. April 2016 is my EDD and that gives me more than enough time to save up some cash for deposit + a little extra to prop up my savings account. Looking at £350 maximum for my monthly payments (because I am El Cheapo).

Plus you won't have to worry about spending another grand on some winter wheels.

I know everyone looks at the finance/payment differently, but I'd have a look at the total interest paid before deciding if the title of El Cheapo applies. Apologies if your last name actually is El Cheapo by the way!

I'm a very "by the month" sort of person. I really couldn't care less what the little "total amount payable" box says - £350 a month is £350 a month.

Its only when the interest rate says something silly like 6% (or more) that I start haggling or avoiding the finance package altogether. Hence why I'm looking more toward a bank loan for the Mustang rather than the PCP agreement.

Nice new photo of the RHD interior that I haven't seen before - looks sweeet
Agreed that is a nice shot of the RHD interior. Notice the paint colour is red so that's 4 RHD cars we know of now.....2 yellow, 1 black and now this red one :)

Really hoping I don't have to spend money on winter tyres as tbh that's something I did not factor in and it's going to be a pain trying to find more money after shelling out a lot on getting the car in winter :eyebulge:

I'm the exact opposite! For me, the "total amount payable" is pretty much all I focus on with a car purchase. Yet I'd be completely different with a mortgage (where the 'total amount payable' is almost too depressing to even look at!). Just shows everyone focuses on different factors with different purchases.
