Welcome to the forums!

After our many dealings, (im sure this is echo'd by other forum members) it's great to see you two here, being our main port of call for our beloved cars. Guess it's right that you get the name to the forum posts - Steve/Stephen (Surnames quite easily guessable by the forum name hint; it's not Mustang!).

You two have been great with replying and keeping us up to date with our cars, and made the jounrey much more bearable, so it's great to see you here. I'm sure between us on the forum we've got endless ways of making the Mustang even more perfect!

As Col's said above me, knowing/having transparency of the process would be something that would help us fanatics, and could be something nice to those whom are buying the Mustang, but aren't quite as obsessed as we are!

Anyway, i'll stop yapping, welcome and thank you for your help so far, not long now until my car comes (well, a lot less longer than originally presumed ;) )!!!

As for the restraining order, i'm not allowed within 6km of either of them, emails are still fine by law they have to as it's part of the job. Nothing they could do about that ;)! I think they issued the restraining order 11th August... the second my order went in, funny that!

We are all very grateful to have this email address now so we can ask if there are any updates on our Mustangs. My name is Greg Classon & order number is J0065. I think it's mostly blokes on this forum but although I am on here, my order is in my wife's name as it is to replace her MX5 but hopefully I will get to drive the new Mustang more than her! She too is very excited about getting the Mustang so it's not just a man thing! Cheers Greg

Individual order numbers will be looked at for you. All we need is the Ford Dealership you purchased your Mustang through and the order number to check. If you have aVIN already that's easier to check.

There is truth in the delays from Baltimore due to bad weather and subsequent vessel constraints. I have heard nothing of vehicles being damaged although we shall ask the question though to alleviate any fears.

I do know they have caught up with booking our mustangs and the next vessel to leave is the Tarago on the 22nd February.

Welcome, and thank you Stacey for responding promptly and accurately to my emails. I've had more info in one month than in 9 months from my dealer.

I thought Fidelio was next (this weekend) or are you counting that as already sailed?

Hi Karen/Stacey

Many thanks for posting on the forums. I am sure by now you are sick of all of us but your support is greatly appreciated. I need to just repeat everyone else that without you most of us would have lost hope on finding out what is happening. Our dealers seem to have very little info and be completely unable to answer questions.

Very much looking forward to getting my car which Stacey advised was due for build this week. Very much hoping to get a VIN soon so I can being to track it online and get even more impatient for delivery!
