Those images make me very sad, I hope the occupants are all OK.

I learned in my Caterham, that RWD must be respected. My Jag XF is currently wearing its Dunlop WinterSport 4D's (they go on in Nov and come off Marchish) and a is much better in greasy conditions than the stock SportMaxx "summer" tyres it comes with

Question if I may: In the 'stang once you put it in "Wet" mode, does that stay on even if you stop the engine and lock the car, (which is how my Jag behaves) or does it switch off

Car always defaults to normal mode.

Thanks - I shall have to remember that and also ditch the standard tyres as soon as possible!

Started at 2pm an already our patrols have been to a number of crashes. Please slow down, there is a lot of standing water on the roads. JG.

Looks remarkably like the latest mod I did to my car... makes it look quite aggressive, don't you think!

Agreed!

Lets hope on MY18 Ford ditch the Pzero and fit something that performs better in all conditions, we know they work with Michelin as the GT 350 and RS cars get MPSS and cup2 as standard.

Might help a little though nothing will help those who have no clue.
Mine came with Goodyear eagle f1 all season tyres do you rate them , I know it's a Lefty V6

Problem with all season tyres is that whatever the conditions it's always a compromise so always going to perform averagely. Not sure if you can get Michelin Cross Climate tyres to fit but they are supposedly a good all rounder.

Id prefer Ford to fit a good quality summer tyre such as PS4 (if they bring out tyre size to fit). Then if weather deteroriates either leave car at home or fit winter tyres. After all it is supposed to be a performance car, it's not a 4x4.

Shit another one... I made it home safe, mind you, midlands weather isn't all that bad at the minute, snow and wet mode and spent the whole drive back following an ambulance who was driving at 60.... better safe than sorry ;D!

Just replaced my Pzeros today, the Michelins feel so much better, you can actually feel the grip the Pzeros didn't have.

Insurance prices are going to rocket :(

I wonder what the percentages are like for crashes
seen 1 eco crash (the kent mustang one) and 9 GTs now. But obviously, that's just what's public knowledge!

Seeing all these smashed up mustangs makes me thankful that I quite often err on the side of caution in it. I'd much rather show it respect and arrive a few minutes later than not at all. Can't imagine what the owners are feeling right now especially if driver error contributed to it.
