My car (2017 mustang gt stock with cold air intake and xpipe) threw these codes all at the same time. Cleared them and it came back a day later. Any ideas?

What kind of cold air intake? Are you running the stock tune/calibration? Sometimes aftermarket intakes can cause some issues if the software is expecting stock hardware. X pipe shouldn't matter at all. Could be a real issue with fuel filter or something too but hard to tell.
KN cold air intake. Car has 40k miles.

Ideas;
Failing fuel pump
Failing high pressure fuel pump
Failing sensor(s)
Failing O2 sensor(s)
Unmetered air
vacuum leak

Code readers are helpful but sometimes you just have to pop the hood and do some old fashioned troubleshooting...

.......I'm guessing something that is responsible for delivering fuel to the engine is the problem.

read up on how fuel systems work.

I would definitely check/replace the fuel filter is clogged. Maybe bad gas or something at some point. These codes are basically saying that your fuel rail isn't getting enough pressure. I'd be careful driving with these codes constantly setting. If you drive at higher loads with lean fueling you risk damaging your cats.
Does it have anything to do with my MAF or my air intake? Or strictly in the fuel system only?

Shouldn't have anything to do with your MAF or intake. The way the code gets tested is by replacing the fuel filter with a clogged one or by replacing the fuel delivery hardware with one that has a slight blockage in it. You can also put in a large enough lean fuel shift and it could set the code. So it makes sense that the codes set together. Definitely sounds like some sort of issue delivering the requested fuel, whether that be a blockage of somesort or something else.

The question about the MAF was more to do with the tune part of it. Sometimes questionable tunes cause weird issues.
