As of right now I know no info, my dealer seems to get annoyed when I call and ask for any info.

Diego you have a couple options, you can use fotd.cotus.com. or private message Deysha with the order number vin and dealer number. It depends on if it was an xplan order, dealer stock or retail order. Deysha can track them all but cotus only seems to work for x plan orders.

Okay, figured it out, and in case there is any confusion, when calling the CSX automated system, the car initials are ETTX, then then number provided by the dealer.

First off I want to say thank you so much to Deysha! She is awesome at what she does and her updates make the waiting easier. She sent my link to my window sticker last week with a build/blend date of 10/19/15. She sent me a pm today saying it shipped with an estimated delivery to my dealer of 11/10/15. Can't wait for her to get here.

The only actual paperwork I have received for my GT350 is a Preview Order dated 12/01/15. Would this contain the info necessary to track with COTUS? It says Dealer Rep. l-cook27, Sales Code: F23348C, Order Code L222.

Tracking your order question: how long did it take for you guys who ordered to get a VIN number, ie how long did it take from the time you ordered the car at the dealership until you were contacted back by the dealer with a VIN number ??
