ThisI don’t know why this is so complicated!
1. Loosen up the catback hangers and unhook them on the passenger side.
2. Loosen the coupler from the mid pipe to the catback on the passenger side.
3. Disconnect the harness for the active exhaust.
4. Remove the passenger side of the catback from the vehicle.
5. Inspect the wiring right before the connector. If it’s frayed a worn through the insulation your exhaust is sitting too far back and you need to move the exhaust towards the front of the car.
6. If you don’t have enough play to move it 1/2” to 3/4” towards the front you need to trim either the catback or midpipe to allow this. If you don’t you will encounter the same problem, it’s only a matter of time.
Extra heat wrap won’t help you, a new harness will fail again, etc….

Whoever installed the OP’s exhaust likely caused the problem.
I’ve posted this in the past :
WDIf it helps, I shortened my active exhaust with H pipe by about 16mm total when I fitted the H after my standard system had started to rub.
I made the ‘perfect’ cut, then shortened the cut and the front of the H pipe by about 8mm each.
Right side loom off the standard system had just started to rub :

Before (standard system / standard fitment on the right) v after (modified with H) :
