By my way of thinking:

20-23.3 lbs = Low 20's

23.4 - 26.6 = Mid 20's

26.7 - 29.9 = Hi 20's.

Granted the stock PP wheel is a boat anchor at over 32 lbs. But I am comparing against TSW Bathurst at 22.4 lbs. for 19x10.5 and 22.5 lbs. for 19x9.5.

Wheel weights seem to be an inaccurate business at best. For example, why is the larger Bathurst wheel (19 x 10.5) lower in weight? Seems really goofy. The 19 x 9.5 is 1 inch lower in width, meaning less alloy material, but it is heavier? How can that be? Whatever.

That's how most sane people would think of it. But if you're in the business of selling wheels this is usually the translation:

19.0 - 20.6 lbs = high 19's
20.7 - 24.6 lbs = low 20's
24.7 - 28.6 lbs = mid 20's
28.7 - 30.6 = high 20's



No matter what these wheels will be pretty sweet. Whether that is 25 lbs or 27lbs for the 19s.
