looking at getting the MBRP cat-back. Anyone else got it and how did they get on with ordering, installation etc? Thoughts on sound?

I looked into the MBRP street cat-back. Loved the sound but then Milltek came up with theirs which I loved every bit as much but felt was a little bit more civilised on idle (from the shortest of clips). Keep the neighbours happier. Plus it was manufactured and shipped from the UK saving on the hassle of importing. benanderson89 is the guy to ask...

Thanks Steve. Yeah, would be the street one for me. Milltek coming in a bit on the pricey side at the moment but guess it depends on how much Hector charges at the port... that is my unknown at the moment.

To be honest we got a good deal on the Milltek as early adopters. If I was buying again I'd probably be swinging back in the direction of the MBRP (as it is significantly cheaper), though my mechanic reckoned the Milltek was one of the best he'd ever fitted.

£850.45 inclusive on Guy's eBay shop for your EB Manders. I'd recommend Nemesis once again at that price :)
I meant postage for them on all the exhausts lol ;)! *Not postage for me!

Ordering from CJs is a breeze.
I got mine for a paltry $650.
Postage was $327.99
Import duty on exhaust parts is 4%
VAT is 20%

Total imported is around $1,220
In GBP that's Around £850 to your door

Although I got lucky - someone put the wrong price on my invoice so my import tax was a grand total of £21, totalled less than £700.

Even at around £850 its a bargain.

Installation is idiot proof. No cutting. All bolt on. Just have an extra set of hands and, if possible, a lift or pit just to make it easier.

Cold idle is fairly loud. Video for your viewing pleasure.
Warm idle is a beautiful aggressive burble, nothing loud.
Gunning for it wakes the dead! :headbang:

Video for warm idle and revs (to a max of 5k).
