I also think that at $250 it is way too expensive.
Price professional painting lately? If they gave these away for free unpainted, you could be close to $250 by the time you had it painted to match your car.

Been waiting for something like this. I've never been a huge fan of the blacked out trunk panel.

I know painting is expensive. But what I am saying is that most people would want to buy the FRPP deck lid which was $149.99, which was a molded piece. Now MMD is making it and then painting it. Cool to have color choices, but I just want a gloss panel without paint that matches the tail light trim, so $250 for something that has to be painted is quite expensive in my opinion. Rather just get the matte one and wrap it. Will be a little cheaper

I got the matte one and had it wrapped in gloss black. Best I could find around me was for $65

The black paint will match perfectly. I bought the matte black one and had it painted gloss black by ford. 100% match. Sorry for the crappy pic, not at a computer and it's the only one on my phone. Got the matte for about 178 with our coupon code and ford charged me 2hrs (88 total) to paint it since they already had a black car to paint that day. Getting it pre painted will save you a good bit vs going the route I took. Wish it was out when I ordered it haha.

2016 has shadow black and the other years use black UA. What is the difference? I know it's the paint for the different years but I am going to assume I would want the UA black.

Did you receive it? I am very interested in getting the black one if it matches the existing tail light surrounds. Any update? Thanks
He received it. He left a review on American muscle. Still no pics hence why i said it must not look good.

Edit: Fixed
Hello everyone, sorry for taking so long to reply...thank you for all the interest. I took a long time with work and taking the car to get a ceramic coating on the new surfaces.

I did post a review on AM, the color does match the tail light trim very well if you select the Shadow Black option as I did. Mine shipped very quickly but did have a tiny flaw that looks like tiny debris in the paint possibly specks of dust. Please see photos below and I can take more in better light this weekend. The screenshot picture you can see little bubbles to the right side of the reflection shine.

Zoom in on the second picture to the top right of the emblem for the specks I was mentioning.
This works best since I was having scaling issues. Will post more this weekend with proper lighting and no taillight bleed.
