So I am in the market for a 4 inch cowl hood but am perplexed on which one to go with. Its either the 4 inch cervini's in oxford white to match the car or the 4 inch anderson composites in carbon.

Do you guys think a carbon fiber hood looks good on a mustang or is this something that looks more suitable on an import with loud exhaust.

I know many people will want to say, "Do what you want, its your car" as their response to this. Lets be more creative and give an honest opinion. If you have a carbon hood and wanna post a pic here feel free. Keep in mind my car is white.

Carbon is up to you, but I don't really like how it looks on white cars. With magnetic it kinda blends in and looks nice, with some colors it goes really wells, but white isn't one to me for some reason.

Here's some examples, not cowl but carbon on white:

Then clean and simple white:

I think large fully unpainted carbon parts on a car (hoods, fenders, trunk lid) just looks like someone was too cheap to do it right.

I agree, I like carbon fiber and I have a few interior pieces myself, however I think it should be an accent not the center point. We've all seen cars with the chin splitter, spoilers, mirror caps etc. and I like the look. But hoods and fenders are just too much for my taste.
