Sorry! That's a bit too much IMO. :tsk:
Tsk? Okay. I guess I have a different perspective on these things than everyone else, so I'll refrain from posting. Sorry everyone.

Not banned. Deleted them. A moderator warned me I was being offensive and there were a few crying about my honest assessment about trivial issues. My apologies to anybody I may have offended with my sarcastic remarks.

Based on the number of replies over a missing screw cap I guess i am the minority on important issues with a stupid car.

I decided to read with my mouth closed and only comment when I had something positive to say. Perhaps I am the exception and not the rule but my Ford Mustang glass is half full.

I think either ActiveGT deleted all his posts or he got banned lol

There is a saying in the Military and inn the Defense industry, "If there is a perceived problem, there is a problem" and the perceived problem here is that Ford's QA/QC is not up to snuff, and their assemblers don't pay attention to detail! :tsk:
Yup! You nailed it. Good old fashioned human error. The assembler was probably just about to reach in the bin to geab the part and the break/Lunch bell sounded.

Just plan old forgot. But you're right it should have been picked up by QC.

I saw a video on the forum last week, touring the assembly plant. They said there were upwards of 500 (Five Hundred) parts in 1 (One) door. Wow!

Remember the old Ford commercials that said "Quality is Job One" then they showed a guy taking a polish rag to the Blue Oval?
