To be clear, all GT500's do not come with these items. The dealer gets a box with these items as part of their participation in the program. There is not a dedicated item for each GT500 specifically and many dealers distribute them as they choose. You are lucky if the dealer actually gives any of this stuff to the actual GT500 purchaser as much as you'd think that's how it should work.

True, I have been given most of the Dealer Participation Items and I am still waiting on my apology letter and gift from Ford Performance.
