So D, you never mentioned in this thread unless I completely missed it what are your towels of choice. Just the top three will be sufficient. I wanna see what you’re using compared to me.

i use new microfiber towels for drying at a rate of about 1 per month (the big ones) and they'e about 8 bucks a pair on amazon. I mark the old ones with an X and they go in a bin with other towels not suitable for drying use.

I do this to make sure I'm not reusing towels too much after they have had a chance to pick up dirt.

Top 3 towels is easy though, well top 4 for me -

1/ TRC Gantlet for drying -

2/ TRC Car Wash Towel (engine bay, interior, dirty jobs...........a do it all type of towel) -

thanks for the info! Before I started getting into detailing I used to wash all of my micro fiber towels with regular terry towels..yikes!
