PSC2
Higher Grip levels (Not sure how much higher yet)
Better NVH
MUCH worse in the rain
MUCH worse tram lining
MUCH worse life (How much worse remains to be seen)
More expensive (I got mine on sale for <200)
MUCH better breaking performance or at least much better feel under braking.
Lighter tire I have weight the Rim and Tire yet though.

RS3
Better in rain
Very little tram lining
Much better life

Notes:
I am a new driver
I had an alignment and installed a IRS brace between last season (RS3) and this (PSC2)

You mean Hankook R-S3?

I had R-S3s (Hankook) on my other fun car. I did not like them at all. Pretty bad steering response (soft sidewalls) and overall driver feedback is lacking. Grip level is high, wear was fine but the effect was numbing the car down which is the opposite of what I wanted for a weekend car. I replaced them with Bridgestones RE-71Rs and I got my fun car feel back. The difference is night and day. Cup2s for me so far had the same effect over MPSSs as the 71Rs had over the R-S3s. Very responsive tire with tons of grip. Due to the experience I had on that car, I personally cannot consider putting the Hankooks on the GT350 which is already a heavier less responsive car and needs all the help it can get from responsive tires. All this is IMO of course.

Yeah I am still new on them but I can not see using either tire on a DD. For me for a track tire life matters how ever.

For living with them daily the 71Rs are probably the best of the 3 I recently tried. I am not sure if there is a fitment available for GT350 though. For my use of occasional short commute, autoX and weekend fun Cup2s are awesome (on the GT350).

Better comparison would be Hankook RS-4, not the RS-3 I believe.

I ran the RE71's one day in the rain after heat cycling them. Could not achieve a .75 g turn anywhere. I returned them and went with my usual Cup2's. 305/325 combo. 125mph on the straight s and .86 cornering in the rain. It does that a lot here. The Cup 2's produce 1.27/1.28 g turns in the dry. Happy camper now. These are my track tires. When not at the track the stock tires are on.

Randy - I heard you were having some fun with an Audi R8 at your last track day at Pacific! :)

I did a batch of skid-pad circle laps in the parking lot at the Ridge with an instructor back in 2014 in my S197. I recorded a consistent 1G lateral on NT01's, to the point that both the instructor and I needed a time-out to get our stomachs back under control. Different tires handle water in different ways - I've run street tires in the rain that couldn't get those numbers.

Kevin, I did beat up Phil pretty bad that day. Passed him 3 times running hard as we sometimes do. The 3 late model Porsche GT3's would get me in the corners but as they found drag racing me on the straight s wasn't productive. Was lots of fun. Laid down some 1.27/1.28 g turned. The car was running good. Ruined the Z06 that Doug Munday drove. (He blew the motor the next day).
