For those on MPSS, which ones are better in the cold temps compared to the Pirelli's?

You want Pilot Super Sport. They outperform all the others there and are considered the best all around performance summer tire. I have owned a set and I agree 100%. They also don't become complete rocks in cold weather. I've driven on them in 30 degree F dry weather with no issues when it was near the time to change to winters and the mornings were cold.

I will likely get the SS to either replace my Stock tires or get them on my aftermarket wheels. I am impressed at these tires with a 300 treadware rating...WOW.

Just like Ford with the GT350, Michelin customizes their tires to suit OEM's specific performance goals. This mostly means sidewalk stiffness but can include different rubber compounds. Of those choices I would go for the cheapest merely because I know the PSS is a fantastic tire regardless of the OEM specifics.

Hes asking the difference between the 3 different pilot super sports. I know one is a run-flat. Not sure about the other one.

Difference might be tread depth. I know one is 7/32nds and another is 10/32nds for the MPSS.

Items 2, 3, and 4 are all Pilot Super Sports, Items 3 and 4 have a higher load rating which will make them more expensive... not sure what the Porsche and Ferrari refs are for, maybe they are the stock tires... as for best cold weather item, it's the Pilot Sport A/S 3.
