You can do it in Paint you have to uncheck "keep aspect ratio" and do custom size and just put it 800x384. You won't be able to get it to the right size and keep the aspect ratio. It's going to stretch it.

Here's pic of one of my Velgen center caps after I had the wheels re-powder coated.

I unchecked the "Maintain Aspect Ratio" in paint and this pic is now 800 x 384.

I'm thinking I might use it as my MFT screen pic for a while.

I like to change the pic up from time to time.

This is the one I'm running right now. Put it together from a bunch of desktop wallpapers I found in various places.

i have a picture of my daughter and my wife wants the picture on her MFT screen.. i cropped it down but its still too many MB.

The file size has to be less than 1.5MB. The resolution of the MFT screen is only 800x384, so if you resize the image down to those dimensions, the file size shouldn't be a problem.
