Just the same questionable parts from Alibaba, repackaged in a friendly American storefront...
Idk if they're "questionable" there is a video and pics on CJPP site and they seen to fit fine. Idk how questionable a hunk of machined aluminum can be.

Expensive though and stick on yes. I would prefer not stuck on with the pressure of pressing them over and over; even 3M tape may not hold up forever.

Well I wouldn't glue them then they're non-removable or will damage the plastic when selling the car. I dont think those parts are necessarily cheap either (prob $20 a piece).

I would still 3M tape them. Even if you had to redo it once a year 1 roll of double sided tape for $15 (I think my roll I got 2 or 3 years ago was $12 for the red 3M or so at autozone) or so should last you like 5 years plus for the small surface area.

I agree though, a lot of empty promises over a year later now of this thread/topic.
