I recently picked up a full red line interior from a wrecked 2015 GT Premium (front and rear seats plus both door panels). The set is going into my 2015 50th Anniversary that came with the factory black and cashmere leather, and the memory seat package. The red line interior does not have the memory buttons on the door panel.

It comes down to these issues/questions:
- From my research on the forum and across other platforms, I believe the memory seat module is not affixed to the door panel or the seat, but rather lives somewhere in the dash. Is this correct?
- If the model is attached to the seat, is it easily transferable to the new seat?
- If the module is in the dash, adding these seats won't do anything but remove the memory function, correct?
- The easy entry/exit feature is separate from the memory seat function, correct? I don't use the memory seats, but I do have the easy entry/exit enabled.

I have the option of buying an additional red line door panel with the memory seat buttons next to the lock/unlock button... I do not care about this feature as it doesn't get used... but if that panel is needed to make everything operate as intended, I need to get it before I lose it.

Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

I don't have the answers to all your questions but I would buy that door panel so you can keep the memory buttons. You never know, someday you may want it.
