The WOT of the street does get a little kind of reaction, like what the hell is that, but i'm living with it, I had equal chances of NOT liking something about every system I looked at. I'm glad I spent $600 for it instead of twice that for anything else though. If I had 1200 in it I'd be much more disappointed. I have about 750 - 1000 miles on it.

No doubt. Over the years I have learned this. I am going with the MBRP headers also. :headband:

Yep. totally agree. I had the MBRP street on for 2-days and the WOT was horrible. Sounded like crap so it was Sold. Now I"m still looking for a system.

I want a deep rumble; thinking of the Magnaflow Street but not sure.

Is the deep rumble even possible with these 5.0s. Now up to 3500-4000RPMs it sounds sweet. Above that it sounds not so sweet. Mine has gotten better but I can tell ya it will never give a deep rumble. I am going to install 3" resonators to extract the rasp. Hopefully that will make it a more pleasant sound.

The easiest way to change, I think, is just go with a different muffler, you know you've already got the hPipe and 3" pipes, I figure that's the cheapest way...mufflers only.

You should be able to get one of our vendors to sell you the corsa extreme for around $1150. It's beyond worth it.

I wish I had purchased the race but the wife didn't want something "too loud".
Race does drone so don't think the wife would like it much.
Also had the street and WOT is super raspy!

Just got my my Mach Thunder on its awesome deep even at high rpms. I just put up a thread with pictures and a video. Also it was pretty cheap compared to other exhausts.

I'm a little confused. If the street is raspy at WOT, why do people get the Corsa or S-Type which i feel is raspy to begin with?

Street is raspy, that's a fact. I'm going with mach xv like someone else in this thread. At WOT, it's literally the worst exhaust I've ever hear in person for a GT.

You guys should check out the thread on the Solo Performance exhaust kits. Deep rumble with very very limited raspiness. Also no drone thanks to an adjustable J-pipe. I absolutely love mine.

Switching from MBRP to Solo Performance:

Large Thread with multiple vids and a plethora of info:

I was heavily debating the Solo XV or thunder and then MBRP. Thing is, not too many videos to compare with the solos.

The Corsa Sport and Borla-S are deep at idle and low speeds. When you hit high RPM's with Borla there is some rasp. The Corsa Sport actually keeps it's tone at the high RPM's. Watch some of the videos especially the one with Shawn from Hypermotive doing the Corsa Sport catback, he says this.
