Max hp on stock 2013

I'm looking at buying a 2013 with 50k miles from a dealer. It has paxton 2200 sc I can see it has full exhaust with bbk headers has some suspension work. Dealer claimed it has a new headgasket and arp head studs otherwise stock 5.0. They also claim car makes 780whp and that it has 3 different tunes 91, 100 octane and e85. From the research I've done safe hp on 5.0 is around 550-600. Price on this car is 25k I'm interested in buying but is this a ticking time bomb?
