Max Bore on the TB

Anyone done it yet? How much was he able to take out?

Anyone do it to the GT-350 TB to get it to 90mm?

A stock GT TB he gets 84.5-85mm, I recently ordered a 350 TB but it won't ship till 6/7 and will take 10 days to get. Was going to test it out with the MMR plate and then send it in to see how much he can take out. I think that the lip/step in the 350 TB is what might be causing the surging on the 350 manifold when people use it on the GT, will have to wait to find out though how it works on the stock manifold.

In the same boat. Just ordered a 350 TB and it will be going on the Sniper intake if I ever get it from Holley. Would like to see if he can get it to 90mm.

I sent a stock GT TB to him and he was only able to get it to 83mm. Stuck it on last week when i procharged the car.

I don't know about that when I contacted him he said 84.5-85 for a coyote TB so I requested 85 and that's what I got, then polished the crap out of it.

Maybe he found a trick. Mine was the first 2015+ he had done. Emailed me back and said it looks like Ford thinned them out. The 2014 down he could go 85mm but 2015 up was 83mm max. maybe I just had a bad one to start.

That sucks, yeah I've had mine for a few months now and it works great, was trying too get him to go bigger but he said 85 was the Max. Then I polished it up real good, looks completely stock on the outside.
