Not sure about the base models but on the Premium, I've found that even engaging Track mode won't completely shut things off. It's definitely a great mode and will give you a lot of leeway while reeling things in if something gets out of hand. As mentioned, you can take the additional step of completely (I think) disabling Advance Track by holding the button for a few seconds. Just make sure you don't end up as an internet meme...lol
Personally, I have yet to try line lock or purposely do a burnout. I have a non-PP GT Premium with the 20" Foundry wheels. The tires are too expensive! Haha. Although I will probably have to try it when I'm on the way to the shop to get new ones, just to say I did it.
The biggest issue is the bunny hop. Obviously a trade off for the much better ride and handling that IRS gives us. I've put the Steeda IRS braces on (and the G-Trac for the front). It definitely helped a lot but it's not gone completely. The G-Trac was actually way more noticeable. Really locks down the front of the car and makes it handle as if it's 200 lbs lighter on the front axle.
