Well I ordered from them on Oct 18 was told 1.5 to 2 weeks for delivery. No communication unless I start it. I've ask for updates twice. Ask them to cancel my order, no luck, but hey they have my money so why would they care. The Excuss I get is it is a drop ship. Not the same customer service I got with Adam. So yeah I know we have alot of fans on here, and I too have spent alot of money with them, but won't again if I have another choice. They are holding up my build and have my money.

I did read it, you said their excuse was that it was drop shipped... So why not contact the company it's being drop shipped from to see if they even shipped it or got the order? That's why I was asking if you know for sure. No need to right an essay there.
