So, the bracket that is welded to the MAP DP that bolts to the transmission bracket has broken. The weld pulled right off the pipe leaving a behind an open crack the length of the weld. I went to put my factory DP back in and can't find my donut gasket.
I've checked local dealers and auto part stores and no one has it. It can't be sone one off gasket. Does anyone know the name, description, something I can ask for at an auto parts store? Cross reference to another car, anything.

Thanks in advance.

Well the good news is MAP has a lifetime warranty on all their fabricated products. Their DP is made and welded in house. Shoot them an email. I'm sure they will allow you to exchange for a new downpipe.

I just had mine replaced, if no one can give you the part number by Monday I can call my mechanic and ask him to give it to me. It's def available, I had one installed so.

Ay yi yi. Our group just installed one today. Have to admit... not the most impressed by the fitment. Or their instructions (completely wrong when our guy talked to MAP on the phone - resulted in a huge huge headache).

Idk, still glad I got Krona. Fit like a damn glove.

This is what happen. When I unbolted the DP from the transmission bracket, the DP bracket fell apart.

Dang! Did you reach out to MAP to see about their lifetime warranty yet?

I'm going to call them. It's clear that the welds failed. There is no sign of physical abuse to the DP. I'm going to try to call them tomorrow.

Same thing happened to me. Went to get some exhaust work done at a local shop and saw that the bracket had broken off on both sides. I inspected it and it did not look like there was a hole at all, so I just had them weld the bracket back on.....

Yeah, I emailed MAP. They said they would fix it. I'd have to pay shipping to and from. MAP said shipping would likely exceed the cost of a local welder repairing it for me. The bracket that broke off the DP is in three pieces. The weld on the DP wasn't the only weld that failed. Taking it all the pieces to a welder and hoping they get the angles right and there won't be fitment issues concerns me.
I'm thinking it over right now.
