MAGNETIC S550 MUSTANG Thread

I love this color and its my # 1 choice right now but when I see cars on the road that are in this color famliy they seem bland..im hoping the metallic flake really pops . If anyone has seen this color in person at any of the car shows, what was your impressions? Bland or unique?

So if the Performance Package only offers the 6pot front brakes, can we assume the PP won't be available on the vert?

I really want those big brakes on my vert and from the factory...

I don't think that will be the case. You can build a convertible with the Brembo package now, I'm optimistic that larger brakes will be available for the ragtop.

I sure hope that is the case! Would suck not having that option on the convertibles. Hope all the remaining information will be shared at the 50th celebration when I am there in Charlotte

As compared to my 2010 sterling grey GT, Magnetic appears to be a bit darker grey with more metallic flake sparkle. It is not as dark as the previous dark shadow grey color from a few years back. It is also my number one choice!

Is the 2010 sterling the same as the '13/'14 sterling? If so I'm happy

Sterling grey was introduced in 2010 when the S197s were redesigned, and this same color has been carried forward to the 2014 model year.
