MAGNETIC S550 MUSTANG Thread

Hi Guys,
My Magnetic GT Premium Vert is on the train and will be here second week in June. It has the dark saddle interior and the blackout package. I will probably do nothing but drive it for a while, but I have always wanted to add stripes. Black would obviously work. But I like the look of the blue stripes on the current GT350) (looks like the mid 2000.s S197 KR) and even the very dark blue stripes of the last generation Shelby 500. Anyone done this and have pictures? Opinions are welcome as well.

I had a Ingot EB Mustang in the US that I loved, but I moved back to Japan for work and got a Magnetic EB here back in April. It's Euro/AUS spec and an interesting mix of the Performance Package and 50 Years Edition.

I had some work done this week and it came out pretty great!

Are you painting it? I was leaning toward this trunk but wanted it painted and wasn't sure how much I was going to like it on magnetic painted body color with black rear panel.

I'm still not sure. On Magnetic it looks fine unpainted though.

I don't want any unpainted panels on the car. I was just wondering how it looks painted and how it flows. So far only two people have it and neither have painted so I'll just have to hope it flows ok with my car. There's very little rear spoiler options I really care for.

Ford wanted vehicles in Japanese showrooms ASAP, so the 350 Mustangs they brought in for 2015 MY were all LHD. According to my dealer the plan was that everything after 2015 MY would be RHD. However, Ford Japan is pulling out in the summer, so the 350 they had for sale are it... The final official "Ford Japan" Mustangs. I heard they are all sold out now too.

There are a lot of foreign cars in Japan though so LHD isn't terribly uncommon. I guess it's a little rare though... It's not something you see everyday, but maybe once in a while.

LHD is a little inconvenient sometimes though, especially in parking lots where there is only a ticket dispenser on the right of the car. Reaching over is hard if you don't have somebody in the passenger seat!

Also, it can be a little hard to see oncoming traffic when turning right at intersections.

Whenever somebody is about to get in, I usually ask if they are going to drive since they instinctively head for the left door. That's always kinda funny.

Also, drive throughs are quite fun! The people at the window always seem really surprised when you are sitting on the "wrong" side of the car.

Overall though, I'm really glad I have LHD. It's not my first Mustang here, so I'm pretty Used to the challenges it presents. Also, being from Detroit, I prefer the look of LHD. I think RHD would be strange for me...

just 3M body panel tape. that thing aint goin anywhere hahaha. had it up to 120 a few times with no issues
