Some guys on the 350 and Cobra Jet NA setups are now into the 10's, though the biggest part of quarter mile is driver mod.

Some guys get bone stock GT's into the 12's and some are in the 11's with just a tune.

Still great stuff, the 350 setup just makes the car scream past 100mph, that extra 1000rpm of power really makes a difference. Just feels stronger everywhere, I am not very good at 1/4 mile driving as demonstrated but on a roll my car is so quick, would love to add headers but so much money and if I am not keeping it just money down the drain.

GT Vs Focus RS.

Focus will eat the GT 0-60 due to the AWD and launch control, but its 5s (14s Vs 9s) SLOWER from 60-120mph. Above 125mph the Focus doesnt even see which way my GT went

So once on the move, my GT eats an RS!

Would be interesting to see what a remapped RS would do.

I'd not say the Focus eats the GT on 0-60, there is what 0.1s in it if that, 0-30 yes or try to do 0-60 in the wet yes. But dry they are more or less neck and neck upto 60mph and beyond 60mph the Mustang just walks away.

The Focus was struggling like crazy to push past 140mph, the guy had to give up whereas the Mustang pulls to 160mph like a breeze, it then dies once in 6th which is over drive, you need a super charger to make that gear go fast.

On the GT 350 setup and 20" wheels I can hit around 172mph now in 5th which it will get too even quicker due to around a further 50+ horsepower past 6500rpm.

Not that I will be trying that in the UK! ;)
