I ended up buying a Micro2 add-a-circuit and routed power from the passenger side fuse box over to the driver side where I have my vacuum line routed in.

I did end up having to shave some off of the plug though, it's a bit fat to fit into the fuse housing.

Also there is some setup on the n-gauge once it's hooked up, this is straight from Lund:
So just the 5amp fuse that comes with this is needed for the Boost Plus Box? Or does LR recommend a different size fuse?

Yeah mine didn't come with any instructions... I was told "We don't have specific instructions for where to tap. Some wiring knowledge is assumed when installing this and the ZT2 box." Wonderful... I wish I had a wire schematic or something to know which wire is a 12V source.

Resurrecting this old thread. Got my Boost Plus and looking for a place to take for 12v accessory power. It sounds like some folks are putting the box in the car. I put mine in the engine bay and just ran the wire through the firewall so I'm looking for a power source in the engine bay if anyone has an idea. Also I noticed the connector is a 4 pin and the back of the nGauge has a 6 pin. What pins did everyone connect to?

I need to get on of these! I'm surprised I didn't see it posted on Lunds FB page.

OK...brining back to life. Whether it's mounted in engine compartment or under dash something has to come through the firewall. Where are you guys bringing in wires/hoses from engine bay to dash area. Either i'm blind or not wanting to be destructive enough.

My boost+ box is mounted in the passenger floor board by the fuse panel on the right. I ran the hose through the rubber boot behind the passenger side fender wall. You'll see it. It's where the vehicles wire harness goes through

Well I figured it out. Took a picture in case others don't know. Pull back wheel liner from drivers door, and there is a grommet in the fire wall. The grommet has a little rubber button that if you cut off is the perfect size for a vacuum hose. Mounting box under dash and pulling power from passenger fuse box.
Yes I went back and fixed the top of vacuum line so it doesn't get cut.

Anyone have any issues with these? It kicked my butt this weekend running everything and making it look good. Got it installed but cant get it to work properly. Verified power at unit when ignition is turned on. Verified good ground and vacuum source. Followed instructions on web page on setup for analog 2. When car is running shows -1.3 to -1.5hg and never changes. I put in the Ecoboost gauge cluster and it seems to work pretty good. Wanted this for datalogging though ...bad unit?

mine stopped working one day and the connector came loose on the back. Double check your pinout for the connection is all I can think of.

Got it...finally. This thing kicked my A$$.
On the main vacuum tree I had a plug covering a 3/8" port no longer used. Cap kept blowing off when going into boost so the gauge was working . Made my own plug and now all works good.....
