For those wondering Jason was running 11.30s at 127 mph

Do we know if this was a base or a CFTP car? I believe it’s already been reported the base is faster in the 1/4 ?

I’m sure it’s a base car.

Although I’m not disappointed at all with that # of 11.3 from day 1. I think theirs more in it than that. Ford has really spoken hard on that “sub 10’s And I don’t mean 10.9” from the video at the dealership. I can’t believe they were just guessing on that.

It will do 10.xx easy in good conditions.

Las Vegas is about 2000 feet above sea level and they are racing in 2000 to 3500 da I believe.
Very far from ideal for racing.

Shell definitely go sub 10s..

Ive always predicted mid - high 10s at high 120s to low 130s. Ill be honest though, im kind of surprised at how slow these thread subject cars are going considering these are supposed to be good drivers.

Time will tell.
