Update- after chasing this stumble for months the Crank position sensor was covered with clutch material. After replacing it, no sin of hesitation or anything! Easy fix to knock out one more variable.

Keep us updated if that fixes it. Besides removing the battery box, did anything else have to come off to access it?

It fixed my issue! The battery box is the way to go for it…don’t do the ford way…they say to remove the intake! long 1/4 in extension did the trick.
