After dealing with what you are going through first handed, if I had to do it again, I start by buying this kit and replacing everything involved all at once. I wasted so much time trying to replace things one by one.

Couldn't agree more. Don't do it. I have Comp Cams, E85, Ported everything and the power increase is barely noticeable. E85 is the only noticeable power increase on a N/A build unless you're going to build a crazy engine.
I don't know what the Duty Cycles % supposed to be at, but when I'm WOT they jump to either 0% or 80% but there's no difference in power. As soon as I lean off they go back to around 55%-65%. Everything feels normal.
Before I changed the Phaser, they would lock out at 0% (regardless of RMP)...
100 Mile Update after Phaser and Solenoid Sensor replacement... I think I am out of the woods.
Reminder - I also had codes P0340 and P0344
Mustang is running great. No issues with idle. No check engine lights. Car feels identical to how it felt prior to having this issue.

Thanks. A little background... I was getting Code P0340 and P0344. I replaced the Pass side intake cam phaser and the codes went away. The thing I can not understand is before I replaced the phaser, the Pass side intake cam always showed a duty cycle reading of 5%- 8% above the drivers side...
Thank you for the detailed write up. I’m monitoring VCT Intake Duty cycle on the pass and drivers
Should I be concerned about the % difference between the two?
Consistently between 5%-8%.
I also have a 2015 GT and am facing this identical issue except mine is on the intake side so I'm getting P0340 and P0344 codes. So far I've replaced the cam position sensor and alternator, checked all wires and harnesses a million times, changed oil. Still no luck.
Next steps are replacing...
I spoke too soon… problem went away for a couple hundred miles and is now back and worse than ever. Can’t even drive the car down the road without getting codes.
A new code decided to pop up as well.
P0100
P0340
P0344
All of the codes have ““A” circuit” on them. Which is the pass side intake...
My buddy with a s197 is interested in the wheels. Can you shoot him a text? He tried to make an account just to message you but it’s taking a long time.

I’ll have to reach out to the previous owner about the tune. I’ve done two track days on the car since I purchased it and the second track day is when it happened.
any suggestions on where to get an alternator / what kind I should buy?
