I'm looking to lowering my v6 and would like advice on what I am planning. I also welcome additional info.

Currently I am looking at the Steeda minimum drop springs. I plan to pair it up with PP shocks, struts and sway bars I have.

Will I also need something like the BMR upper shock mount? And is there an equivalent for the struts?

I mostly cruise but occasionally enjoy carving corners.

i Would recommend the Steeda minimum drop springs because it lowers the vehicle with a slightly higher spring rate than stock. They also will work well with your current set up.
