I have become a big fan of Satin lately.
My wrap shop recommended satin unless I wrap the spoiler in gloss lol if that's the case I guess I should get the scoops wrapped too, but idk about that yet...How did that hold up for you (the wrapped spoiler)?I also say gloss. I had my wicker bill wrapped gloss black to go with all the other gloss on the car. The satin spoiler didn't look right with everything else being gloss. Since then, I switched everything to satin and got rid of the wicker bill. Any good wrap shop should be able to wrap the spoiler and hide any seams.![]()
I honestly only had that spoiler for about 6 months. From like May to October of last year. No issues at all, with the wrap. It's sitting in my basement still, need to get around to selling it. lol.My wrap shop recommended satin unless I wrap the spoiler in gloss lol if that's the case I guess I should get the scoops wrapped too, but idk about that yet...How did that hold up for you (the wrapped spoiler)?
Pics not showing.Well I decided to go w/Satin. I like the way it looks and I made some changes to the hood vents as well as the decklid panel...that's another story in itself as the fitment of the part is terrible but hey, it's on there and I also touched that up with some letters from autobadges (I like gloss on satin/matte). I think it's different and sure the wheels are still gloss and the front grille is the original (minus the pony) but I am looking at doing something else with it when the time is right. I like the Cervini's grill but it seems like that is the one everyone is on right now. Thanks for the opinions/advice. Those vents do look good in black. Are they fully functional, or are most of the hole blocked off?
Plus which, it's measurably sllcker to the wind, less friction gobbling up horsepower. OK, sipping horsepower.gloss will be easier to take care of i think
