Looking at picking up a 2000 Cobra R

Trying to add a cobra R to the stable. less than 4k miles, the first red car I have owned since I was a teenager. Kinda cool NA precursor to the 5.4 L S/C GT500 engine.

Cool book called Powered by SVT that talks about the special vehicle team and the cobras, termis, lightnings, gt40 etc. The NA 5.4L used in the 00R being a precurser to the S/C 5.4 in my 07 GT500. Studying the development of the Ford Performance vehicles adds a cool sidebar to the hobby of mustangs.

Yeah, back in 2000 I was driving a 85 mustang GT, last of the 4 barrel HO engines. This would have rocked but MSRP was 5 years pay back then.
