Long Throw Speaker Adapters

Hey guys. I tried to use the standard Metra style adapters in my audio upgrade but they were too tall for longer throw mid woofers like my Infinity Kappas. I could’ve under-mounted them, but I also wanted to use these nifty silicone baffles I got off Amazon, and it would’ve kept them from fitting. I designed adapters in CAD with 3/8” height and printed them off and they worked really well. They’re too time-intensive for me to print as a side hustle, but I can send the stl if anybody has a printer and wants to make their own.

Depending on the basket depth Sounds Good Stereo also offers printed adapters for a good price and they come with speaker gasket, screws, and a pigtail adapter if you plan to use the door wiring.
