I see alot of traffic for 2018 manifold lockouts, can I do the same thing on 2015? What exactly is benefit? I know the imrs can break, and that it helps with fuel mileage.

People lockout 18 manifolds because most tuners do not want to deal with or cannot make them work, thus it's easier to tune with them locked.

You can lock the 15 manifold also, but there's absolutely no reason unless you are deathly afraid of them breaking (although I have not seen a single instance of this). You lose low-mid range torque, have worse idle characteristics and get 1-2 less mpg.
