Loc tite on top strut bolt?

After owning these for over a year, I’ve finally decided to install steeda progressive springs and pro action shocks/struts. I’m aware that I need to use red loc tite on sway bar end links, how about the top strut nut? I thought I had seen somewhere that blue loc tite was required, but looking back at all the install manuals I can’t seem to find that anywhere. Did u guys use any? Thanks

Given that you mention RED loctite I suggest you go back and spend a minute on google because you've got no idea what you're doing or talking about.

LOL you are right, that is exactly why I was asking for help on this forum. Luckily for me, you chimed in with your super helpful response. Thanks for explaining yourself. :cheers:

The image below is Steeda's installation manual. Step 9 calls for red loctite. Not saying you are wrong, but maybe instead of being a douche you could've explained why it should've been blue instead of red, or none at all.
