LMR dissed me wth!

    Customer service told me they could match a price on a Roush Supercharger that's on sale at another vendor and then came back after telling me they could. Then they couldn't and would I give a higher price and some LMR merc of my choice.Guess I won't shop there ever again glad I already got my wheels! If anyone has a 2018 GT and want's a great price on a Roush Phase 1 go check other vendors.

    At least they got right back to you correcting themselves. That's worth something in my book. Prob not $380, but something! Have you talked to @beefcake? He's at $6,459 already!

    No only LMR I could just get it at the other place but they have messed my order up many times so LMR and cj pony were my new go to places. Tried to give them a chance.

    Is it possible lmr knows the vendors reputation and doesn't need to match their price? I get it they told you one thing but it was probably someone new and they gave you incorrect info. End of the day they corrected themselves before you made the purchase so you could make an informed decision, could have been much worse. I mean I get trashing a vendor that does you wrong. But refusing to match a price? Come on man move on.

    So a customer service rep gave you bad info and they cleared it up in less than 40 minutes...?

    Seems reasonable to me.

    Thinking your going a little to “internet” on this one. It’s just business, don’t take it personal. I think calling a potential customer back to tell them they most likely won’t get your business is pretty awesome to me.

    Thanks cant decide on chrome emblems, red or just keep black 5.0 emblems and get a red rear spoiler? Wheels were on sale plus 10% off free shipping and no tax can’t go wrong!     10% off is a good deal. For me personally, I would keep the 5.0 emblems black because it matches your hood vents and rear spoiler. But, that's just me.

    That’s the funny thing about the internet. Anyone can be an A-hole. Another awesome thing about being a human being is you don’t have to be.

    If the product had already been ordered you might have an argument . But It wasn’t and the sales guy called back to say “I screwed up and they is no point in me selling this at no profit or a loss”.

    This isn’t the government. The whole “ We lose money on every transaction but make it up in volume” doesn’t apply here.

    Remember back before the internet waiting months for those fly by night vendors to finally sent those “in stock parts”? I do. If I have a nickel for everytime I heard “ We will get it out Monday”.
