While the exception to the rule, yes. But this is no different than any other software company in terms of adding support. When you encounter a new strategy, it must be mapped out to ensure it is proper, and then the tune file created. To do it the right way means that extra time may be needed. Those that are already mapped out are in the normal 24-48 hour window that we normally do (although it is a holiday coming up here, so extra time would be needed). If there is a strategy that needs further testing because Ford changed logic, or some major calibration segments, then we go through and validate changes on our own car before sending out a file.So Livernois are you saying that people with certain strategies may have to wait a while to get their tune?
This is what we feel sets us apart from the community to ensure the car is as perfect as possible.
