I had just finished putting fuel in at costco, i used lower initially because i usually alternate so you get a mixture that leaves you somewhere in the middle (user manual also says lower octane is fine incase anyone reads into that)

First weird thing is the pump shut off before getting a full tank, stopped at about 3/4. Pump also wouldnt allow more fuel in but i figured it just hit the shutoff so it stopped the flow completely. After driving about a block the car went into limp mode, I got the wrench light, various other warnings like hill assist not available and i dont remember the rest. Throttle would basically die at 3.5k RPM. Managed to get it to another gas station and finished filling it with premium to see if its possible costcos octane rating was lower than expected. Turned it back on and it didnt go back into limp mode, but still felt sluggish. Auto zone said there was no code (Had it read after adding the higher octane gas, but wrench light didnt come back on so there must not have been a code present)

Can ford read codes that a place like auto zone cant see to try and figure out what went wrong?
