Saw the other post and had to come check this thread, hood looks good @Blue Moon! How much was it all said and done?

New fenders too or is that just something that sticks on? Need a few more angles on that one.

If they're stick-ons then they're damn good...if real, they are nice, nice either way, lol. What do you guys think, should Blue Moon paint his black front lip to match his sideskirts? I think he should. On another note, my ebay bought premium bumper cover is being painted as I speak; hoping to have it with the diffuser on by the end of the week. Painter has it, the diffuser and the valence, will put all that together, call me to bring my car for him to put on. Anyone want my base bumper? If not, I'll let the painter do with it as he sees fit. When I bring it to him, I will ask him if ha can put my new cpc rock guards at least in the back so I don't chip the paint on my drive home. Pics will come.

Hood, front fenders, trunk lid, and spoiler are all aftermarket carbon fiber. All the vents and scoops are functional.

The side skirts are brushed stainless from CJPP, so I can't really paint the front splitter to match that. I have thought about getting one of the pre-painted ones, either LB or ingot silver, but I doubt I can budget that this year.

Ceramic coating is on my wish list. @blackboxdata, are your stripes painted or vinyl? Will ceramic coating work on vinyl?

I too have ceramic coat and if I remember right, the guy told me put everything on the paint you want, then ceramic coat. I asked him about the clear protective film that TKO has and he said it won't stick to the ceramic and that if I wanted that to put it on before the coating.

Its foil and works perfect with the coating. Had the glass and rims and the leather coated too

The water and dirt just doesnt bind to the car anymore so much easier to clean

Gotta admit I'm kind of old school, (I'm 58) and I love the look of the stainless window surround mouldings on the Bullitt Mustang. So I ordered a set for my '17 GT and put them on. A couple of young guys (early 20s) I work with when they saw it told me my car used to look cool, but now it looks like an old mans car "with all that chrome". Hmmm, really? Well I still think it's a subtle dress up and looks great with the Lightning Blue. Thoughts?

Thanks, that was my thought as well, I was going for a little accent just to break up some of the monotone look especially from the side.
