Reporting that i just noticed the same exact issue on my 2021 delivery. When I'm close to my first oil change it sounds like i should also tell them about this. My driver side has a huge bubble and the passenger side a slight one.

Don’t wait. Take pictures now and send them to the dealer. Have them confirm that they received them. This way it’s on the record for when you do go in.

My car is two years old before I took it for this issue and the dealer approved the sill replacement right away, picked it up from the dealer this afternoon.

Update: Ford agreed to replace without any issues. I am going this week for them to replace; doesnt look like a complicated job

It isn't complicated at all. They pop out pretty easy. Just plug and replace after that.

I have the worst luck. Went this morning and ford sent them the wrong plates.. apparently there are two different plugs on these, and the one they sent was the wrong one

Defective junk parts from ford, had same issue 2x already on my 2021, brought it back and reject tech installed the same new lame replacement on the car. Went back 2x for this crap. Go back to dealer!!!
