Lethal racing pipes

I’m wondering if anyone has installed the leathal racing pipes with either the palm beach or Lund 93 octane tune. A couple questions really

1. how much does it change the sound and pitch is it much dealer?
2. Does the racing pipes make it non emissions compliant?

2. "YES", it makes "NON-EMISSIONS COMPLIANT"!!!
